Would you like to live a longer, healthier, happier, and more successful life? If you do then follow closely - because what I am about to reveal will show you how to live a longer, healthier, happier and more successful life - and the simple process that I am going to walk you through has now been confirmed by scientists, researchers and a growing list of experts in the medical profession.

So how can you live a longer, healthier, happier and more successful life? Develop A Positive Attitude. It's that simple.

It's now a scientific fact that having and maintaining a positive attitude will not only change or improve your life - having a positive attitude could even allow you to live a healthier, longer life while leading you to be more successful at everything that you do.

The most recent findings come from Researchers at the University of Texas and North Carolina State University.

Today - I'll outline how you can create and maintain a positive attitude. These simple techniques will dramatically improve the quality of your life and allow you to achieve your goals. So read on and enjoy.

Positive Attitude Means Longer Life

If you want to live a longer, healthier life then you need to develop and maintain a positive attitude - it's now a fact thanks to a study from the two American Universities.

Researchers followed and studied 1500 people for 7-years. All 1500 were in good health when the study started. Researchers followed how they aged by measuring such things as weight loss, walking speed, exhaustion and the strength of their grip.

What exactly did they discover?

They found that people who maintained a positive attitude were significantly less likely to show signs of aging, they were less likely to become frail and were more likely to be stronger and healthier than those that had a negative attitude.

If you have a doom and gloom attitude you're actually killing yourself and at the very least - you're negative attitude is just making you weaker.

But wait there's more.

These very same researchers also found that your beliefs have a direct impact on your health - because your beliefs actually alter your body's chemical balance. That's right what you believe has a direct impact on your body.

I almost fell on the floor when I read this - because it really means that what you regularly think has a direct impact on your health and your body. Because what you regularly think is what you end up believing.

Change the way you think, you change your beliefs and you change your life. Yes you can actually improve your life and your body by having a positive attitude and a positive belief system. With that in place you'll live a healthier, longer life.

But it gets even better. Researchers found that a positive attitude improved a persons health because it made it more likely that they would succeed in life.

So not only will a positive attitude help you be healthy and live longer - but it also increases the likelihood that you will succeed.

Lead researcher Dr. Glenn Ostir explained it this way: "I believe that there is a connection between mind and body - and that our thoughts and attitudes/emotions affect physical functioning, and over all health, whether through direct mechanisms, such as immune function, or indirect mechanisms, such as social support networks."

Knowing all of this - wouldn't you rather practice a positive attitude? You would be far, far better off to develop positive thinking patterns that create a long-term positive attitude so that you live a longer, healthier more successful life! It only makes sense to start doing this immediately.

How You Can Develop A Positive Attitude

Saying it's important to have a positive attitude is one thing. Practicing it is another challenge. A lot of people will say: "I have a positive attitude, I know things will get better." That's not good enough. Having a positive attitude requires knowing that things are already better. To start doing this I suggest you first look at your life or your current situation. Then list all of the things you don't like about the current situation. Next list all the things that need to change. The two lists may be similar and that's okay. Then list all of the things that are going well. Here's where I usually hear somebody say: "Karim, I have nothing to list - there's nothing that I like about my current situation. There's nothing that's going well for me." Take a closer look - the fact that you're alive is positive. The fact that you're able to think and write is positive. These may seem trivial - but the ability to look at and focus on the good things that are going on in your life is the basis and foundation of a positive attitude. It's all in how you see things and how you choose to react.

That brings me to the second exercise. When you feel things are not going well do you look at the situation and focus on how it could get worse or do you look at the situation and try to find ways to improve the situation or make it better? If you find that you often look at how bad things can get and focus on how life progressively gets worse then you are only going to continue making things worse. Why? Because your mind and subconscious mind are focused on things getting worse and when this happens your mind and subconscious mind will continue to find or attract situations that will only make your life get worse. This happens because your mind and subconscious mind are simply used to the process - it's become a habit.

How do you change this? You have to break the habit and create a positive attitude. You start the process by pushing the mind to focus on finding solutions. Get your mind to look for ways to improve the current situation. Get your mind to look for possibilities instead of looking at limitations.

For example: If you're looking for a new job, instead of focusing on all the reasons why someone won't hire you why not find a way to improve yourself so that people do hire you? Why not listen to what they are saying and start making changes so that you improve your chances of getting a job? Then start focusing on reasons why someone will hire you. Look for ways to find the kind of place that wants to hire someone with your qualifications. If you find that you are in debt - then focus on finding ways to get out of debt. Focus on how you can better manage your money. Look for ways to cut back and payoff your debts. Look for ways to make more money. If you can't find the right person to be in a relationship with - use the same process - focus on what you need to do to meet the right person.

Another important factor that contributes to your success and determines whether you have a positive attitude or not is your belief system. If you believe life is difficult - it will always be difficult. The above exercises will help you change your belief system - but you will have to change your thoughts and eliminate all those negative thoughts that continue to hold you back. To do this you have to regularly focus on what you want and not what you don't want. You have to continually eliminate the negative thoughts and feed your mind thoughts that correspond with what you want. When you work with my Creating Power System you'll learn how to create new habits for positive thinking and develop a positive attitude within the first week. How Negative Thinking Limits You

In a similar study to the one I outlined above Researchers at North Carolina State University found that people who continually used negative words or focused on negative situations displayed a drop in memory and an overall drop in their physical performance. People who focused on or used positive words regularly saw their memory and physical performance increase. The findings led researchers to conclude that if people were simply encouraged to do something and had some positive re-enforcement the chances for success would increase dramatically. "It may be very subtle. People may pick up on negative cues in their environment which suggest they are not up to it, and as a result will not perform well." Said lead researcher, Thomas Hess. "It may be that if people can suppress these negative thoughts that they will do much better, and that a positive attitude can promote effective functioning."
